- Training coordination (preparation and follow up work)
- Participant management
- Partner Relationship Management
- Maintenance of various databases
- Support of the main office in Nuremberg
- Degree in office/administration management or a comparable degree
- Ability to do the work thoroughly and independently, organizational skills, reliability and sense of responsibility.
- Communicative skills in dealing with different groups of people
- Friendly and confident appearance in public and on the phone
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with relevant IT applications
- Proficiency in German and Turkish
