Training Coordinator

GRUNDIG AKADEMIE İSTANBUL is an education institution, which in close co-operation with partners from science and economics offers further education - with emphasis on technical telecommunication trainings.

For the location in Istanbul (Levent) we seek a 

Training Coordinator

as temporary maternity leave replacement from 09.09.2019 (max. 20 h/week)

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Training coordination (preparation and follow up work)
  • Participant management
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Maintenance of various databases
  • Support of the main office in Nuremberg

Qualification requirements:

  • Degree in office/administration management or a comparable degree
  • Ability to do the work thoroughly and independently, organizational skills, reliability and sense of responsibility.
  • Communicative skills in dealing with different groups of people
  • Friendly and confident appearance in public and on the phone
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with relevant IT applications
  • Proficiency in German and Turkish
